System Description:
This production line includes three main parts: soft pack cell processing, module forming and welding, and PACK assembly, involving numerous subsystem module configurations, such as ear cutting and bending workstations, unit assembly lines, laser welding lines, manual/automatic module assembly lines, manual/automatic PACK assembly lines, laser mainframes, laser welding visual positioning systems, welding quality inspection systems, etc.
Functional Features:
1. Equipped with production robots and automated equipment to achieve automatic loading and unloading, suitable for welding production of various specifications of soft pack battery modules;
2. Cell ear cutting and bending, automatically proportioning bending and cutting ratios according to production tasks;
3. Manual/automatic stacking modules;
4. Manual/automatic PACK assembly;
5. Achieve automatic inspection of quality after welding;
6. Equipped with a dust removal and cleaning system to ensure the cleanliness of the machine's interior;
7. Advanced MES management system to achieve traceability of welding production.
