    I. Equipment Features:

    II. Advantages of Combining with Linear Motors:
    1. Simple structure, as linear motors do not require additional devices to convert rotational motion into linear motion, thus greatly simplifying the system's structure, significantly reducing weight and volume;
    2. High positioning accuracy, where linear motors can achieve direct drive in places requiring linear motion, eliminating various positioning errors caused by intermediate links, thus achieving high positioning accuracy. If microcomputer control is used, the overall system's positioning accuracy can be greatly improved;
    3. Fast response speed, high sensitivity, and good tracking. Linear motors can easily achieve magnetic levitation support for their movers, maintaining a certain air gap between the mover and stator without contact, eliminating contact friction resistance between the stator and mover, thus greatly improving the system's sensitivity, speed, and tracking performance;
    4. Safe and reliable operation with a long service life. Linear motors can achieve contactless force transmission, with mechanical friction loss almost zero, resulting in fewer failures and maintenance-free operation, thus ensuring safe and reliable operation with a long service life.
    5. Easy to adjust and control. By adjusting voltage or frequency, or changing secondary materials, different speeds and electromagnetic thrust can be obtained, suitable for low-speed reciprocating operation.
    6. Strong adaptability, the primary iron core of the linear motor can be encapsulated with epoxy resin, providing good corrosion and moisture resistance, making it suitable for use in humid, dusty, and harmful gas environments; it can also be designed in various structures to meet different needs.
    7. No lateral edge effect. The lateral effect refers to the weakening of the magnetic field at the boundary caused by lateral interruption, while cylindrical linear motors have no lateral interruption, so the magnetic field is uniformly distributed along the circumference.
    8. High acceleration. This is a significant advantage of linear motor drive compared to other screw, synchronous belt, and gear rack drives.
