    Introduction to the working principle of SHINHOP 18650 cylindrical battery automatic laser peeling machine:
    Applicable products include: 18650 battery cells, 26650, cylindrical mobile power batteries, automotive power batteries, and other cylindrical battery peeling.
    This equipment is mainly an automatic laser peeling loading and unloading device for new energy power batteries, which primarily uses laser technology for peeling cylindrical battery cells.
    The workflow is as follows:
    1. The battery cells are manually placed onto the feeding conveyor belt, and the robotic arm grabs the battery cells and transfers them to the peeling section conveyor belt. The selection of which conveyor belt to use is based on the production speed, and the battery cells enter the peeling fixture through the conveyor belt.
    2. When the battery enters the laser clamp for cutting and rotation, the clamping structure holds the battery cell while the laser cuts the skin of the battery cell. After the skin is cut, the robotic arm grabs the peeled-off waste material, which we refer to as waste.
    3. The peeled battery cells are automatically sent out from the discharge conveyor belt, and manual collection and boxing can be done.
    Working principle:
    The principle of laser peeling is that the battery cell remains stationary while being transported to the laser peeling opening by a stepper motor. The laser is in a high-speed rotating state and cuts the outer skin of the battery cell with a cutting precision of 0.1MM. This equipment has a capacity of about 5000-8000 units per hour with three channels, so this peeling structure and speed can basically meet the needs of most customers in the current market. The loading and unloading at both ends of the equipment can be automated and adjusted based on cost, whether manual or automatic loading and unloading functions.
