       At the SHINHOP laser customer site, reporters learned that 90% of the energy storage batteries produced by this company are sold overseas. To meet the demand of the high-end market and further enhance production capacity, the company fully introduced the SHINHOP laser battery PACK automation production line at the end of last year, completing the upgrade of the production line.

      The SHINHOP laser energy storage battery PACK line features highly integrated functions, with a complete 10 kWh battery assembly taking only 5 minutes, whereas previously it required at least 30 minutes with 16 skilled workers. At the same time, through the automatic sorting machine inspection of the SHINHOP laser PACK line, the battery precision improved from the original 0.1 millivolt to 0.01 millivolt, and higher quality products have gained more recognition from customers. The annual output value of the company's customers has increased from 50 million to 500 million, nearly a tenfold increase.
