　　The power battery welding machine is a very important process in battery production, significantly affecting the consistency, stability, and safety of the batteries. The laser welding of power batteries involves many parts, has a high degree of difficulty, and requires high standards for the welding process. Efficient and precise laser welding can greatly enhance the safety, reliability, and lifespan of automotive power batteries, providing important support for the future development of automotive power technology.

　　In comparison, the advantages of the power battery welding machine include low material loss during welding, minimal deformation of welded workpieces, stable equipment performance, simple operation, high welding quality, and a high degree of automation. 　　1. Value of welding equipment

　　For power battery manufacturers, the power battery welding machine is a fusion manufacturing process that disperses raw materials such as positive and negative electrode materials, separators, and electrolytes, serving as a key step in the entire power battery production process. All raw materials are welded into battery cells and battery pack modules, which can be directly used in traditional consumer electronics, electronic tools, electric bicycles, energy storage stations, and new energy vehicles.

The laser main unit is equipped with semi-enclosed or fully enclosed worktables, each generally equipped with multi-station fixtures, suitable for various processes of laser welding for power batteries and battery pack packaging welding in a single-stage fully automatic system.

　　Fully automatic production lines are upgraded versions of fully automatic workstations, connecting multiple workstations to form a complete intelligent automatic production line for welding battery cells or battery packs.

　　3. Future trends of laser welding

　　In recent years, many domestic and foreign power battery manufacturers have adopted different welding methods for different processes and welding parts in more complex production processes. With the development of the new energy vehicle industry, higher requirements have been placed on the assembly welding precision and quality of supporting batteries, making the large-scale adoption of laser welding technology imperative.
