  Operating Principle

  Welding Principle:

  During welding, the transducer converts a high-power vibration signal of 20KHZ into corresponding mechanical energy, which is applied to the contact interface of the metal parts to be welded. The intense friction at the welding joint instantaneously generates high heat, causing the molecules to alternate and fuse, thus achieving the welding effect.

  Factors Affecting Welding Quality:

  During welding, necessary pressure must be applied to the welded parts, while strictly controlling the welding time and ultrasonic power. Pressure, time, and power are the three essential elements to ensure welding quality.

  Welding Pressure: Pressure is applied to the welded parts to form a stable welding load for the acoustic components. By applying static pressure to the welded parts, the material contact surface of the welded parts is good, allowing it to absorb more ultrasonic energy, thus achieving the ideal effect.

  Welding Time: Since the output power of the welder is constant, the energy obtained by the welded parts is proportional to the duration of ultrasonic action, so the selection of welding time is crucial. If the welding time is too short, false welding occurs; if the welding time is too long, it leads to deformation of the welded parts. The welding time can only be determined after multiple tests.
