Streamlined Pouch cell cell tab automatic welding line:
1. Nickel strip/battery cell loading and unloading:
Pouch cell cells can be stacked onto the feeding platform, and the pneumatic device tightens the battery cells to load them onto the production line. The nickel strip is conveyed by a rotating reel and reaches the welding station for automatic cutting;
2. X-ray inspection, aimed at detecting the parallelism of the tab.
3. Tab shaping;
4. Visual monitoring system, which can monitor the position of the battery cell in real-time and the status when the tab is fixed, to check if it meets the welding prerequisites;
5. Four/six-station rotary table;
6. Tab bending mechanism;
7. Welding quality inspection mechanism, which classifies battery cells that do not meet the technical process for welding quality.
8. Discharge mechanism, which automatically discharges the completed battery cells.
II. Soft pack PACK automatic assembly line:
1. Automatic battery cell scanning, battery cell OCV/IR testing; tab leveling, aluminum-plastic film insulation resistance testing;
2. Automatic cutting of tabs, tab bending, tab plasma cleaning;
3. Stacking battery cell modules, installing and fixing bolts;
4. Battery module flipping, manual installation of welding plates, pre-bending tabs;
5. Tab bending;
6. Automatic tab rolling flat;
7. Automatic laser welding workstation;
8. Automatic EOL testing;
9. Manual discharge;
