Laser welding explosion-proof valves can use two methods: continuous welding and pulse welding. Relatively speaking, pulse valve welding requires overlapping welding points for sealing, but the welding efficiency is lower, and the parameters set for pulse welding are more complex, making it easy to produce cracks if not handled properly. Continuous welding, on the other hand, requires high assembly precision, which can ensure better welding efficiency. However, due to the high precision required for welding assembly, it can sometimes be difficult to guarantee the consistency of the weld. This can effectively accommodate the inconsistency in the distance between workpieces.
