In order to further enhance team cohesion, combat effectiveness, and the collaborative ability of all personnel, strengthen the sense of collective honor and the confidence of team members, overcome psychological inertia, hone the will to overcome difficulties, and face the challenges of work and life more objectively, during the New Year's Day holiday in 2021, SHINHOP Laser Equipment Company organized an expansion training activity in Heyuan.
All employees of the company were mobilized to actively participate in this expansion training, continuously challenging their limits through various activities, experiencing courage, understanding life, further deepening their understanding of teamwork and responsibility, and demonstrating the good spirit of unity, cooperation, and courage to explore within the company.
The expansion training was themed "Working Together, Striving Forward, Creating a Bright Future," with activities divided into two teams, each assigned a team name, captain, team song, and slogan. All training scenes resembled epic battles, completing projects such as team culture display, team warm-up dance, building towers together, CS confrontation, advancing and retreating together, seizing opportunities, team dynamics circle, and bonfire dance party. Through these activities, everyone deepened their understanding of the importance of teamwork, established mutual trust, communication, and collaboration within the team, and resolved existing conflicts and misunderstandings in daily work!
Through the feedback and guidance from the training instructors, all employees demonstrated a good state of unity and hard work, successfully completing all activities of this expansion training, and inspiring everyone to work together, achieve excellence, and strive hard.
