However, the maintenance process still requires the same configuration and maintenance as above, and an additional set of fiber couplers is needed to couple the laser into the fiber for transmission.
3. Pure Fiber Laser Welding Machine:
The pure fiber laser welding machine has many characteristics due to the use of pure laser types. If classified by different properties, it can be divided into various types. For example, based on the diameter of the fiber, there are single-mode and multi-mode lasers, as well as MOPA lasers, semiconductor lasers, QCW/CW lasers, green lasers, etc. For different purposes, please choose the appropriate product. For instance, if you are using a single-mode laser for deep fusion welding, its effect will not be as good as that of a multi-mode type. If you want to mark and achieve blackening of aluminum, then using a MOPA laser is an ideal choice. If you want to achieve continuous welding and spot welding, then a QCW laser can help you achieve that. Continuous welding can also be done using a CW laser. Semiconductor lasers are more used for precise small-scale welding in electronics because they do not generate heat during welding, essentially termed cold processing welding, and can be applied to precise welding of PCB circuit boards.
