The Mid-Autumn Festival in 2019 is approaching. According to the notice from the State Council regarding statutory holidays, and considering the actual situation of our company (Shenzhen SHINHOP Laser Equipment), the relevant matters regarding the holiday for the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2019 are notified as follows:
1. The holiday will be from September 13, 2019 (Thursday) to September 15, 2019 (Sunday), for a total of three days.
2. During the holiday, relevant business follow-ups and after-sales contacts should promptly report customer product after-sales or equipment related situations to the company WeChat work group, to facilitate quick arrangements for handling after the holiday.
3. Before the holiday, all colleagues are requested to keep their desks clean and tidy, avoiding placing important company documents, materials, and files on the desk.
4. Properly safeguard personal belongings, keep personal valuables secure, and confirm that all power sources at the workstation are turned off. Department heads should arrange to check the power, lights, windows, and other closures in their departments to eliminate safety hazards.
