Laser welder used in  battery industry

In many industries, the power battery of electric vehicles also requires laser welding machines. An important process in battery manufacturing is the welding process.

The market has higher and higher requirements for energy storage and battery life in battery applications, and lower requirements for battery weight and cost. Batteries usually contain different types of materials such as zinc, steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, and nickel. These metals can be electrodes, wires or housings. It should be as thin as possible to reduce weight and cost. The conductivity, strength, air tightness, metal fatigue and corrosion resistance of each battery are required to meet welding standards.
