How to maintain the laser machine
Good daily maintenance ensures stable machine performance and reduces damage rate
1. Use distilled water for the chiller. Distilled water does not contain minerals or impurities, but purified water or tap water contains impurities that affect the cooling system.
2. Distilled water should be changed once a month.
3. Regularly check and clean the protective lens. It usually needs to be replaced every 3 months depending on the work situation.
4. If it is not working, turn off the machine.
5. It is forbidden to touch the lens with your hands. Clean the lens with 99% alcohol
6. Regularly remove dust from the machine surface with a dry cloth.
7. Place the device in a dust-free place
8. Do not stare at the laser beam while working on the machine. Laser beams are harmful to the human eye. Wear protective glass when operating the machine (one piece will be provided with the machine).
